The party walls 3, 3... bear upper load while wall thickness T is formed in thick size so as to resist even seismic force. Floors 6, 6... on each floor are composed of hollow slabs, and upper load is borne while floor thickness W is formed in thick size so as to resist even seismic force. Vibration isolation devices 13, 13... are arranged among foundation sections 9, 9... under lowermost floors 8, 8... in the lower section of both end sections of the party walls 9, 9... in a lowermost floor and ground foundations 12, 12....
