PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee that the contents of data will not be destroyed through communication software of a version by generating a transmitted message from transmitted data and then transmitted message equivalent data from the transmitted message, and deciding whether the transmitted data match the transmitted message equivalent data corresponding to the transmitted data. SOLUTION: High-reliability communication software 2080 performs a sum process for data in an application program, when sending the data. The sum- processed data are written to a mailbox, and the data written to the mailbox are restored to the original data through a check sum process. Then by confirming that no abnormality is detected, it can be guaranteed that the contents of the sum process and sum-processed data have been written to the mailbox without their being destroyed. Furthermore, it is confirmed that the data to be transmitted the application program 2006 match the data after the check sum process.
