PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate communication and control processings mutually between terminal equipments on a network at the time of an operation. SOLUTION: LON('local operating network(R)') chips 31-37 are provided with a buffer memory 309 for storing network use recording information relating to communication and control transferred through a LON 21 when the communication and the control are executed through the LON 21 mutually among the terminal equipments 11-17 other than a communication control function for performing the communication and the control among the terminal equipments 11-17 or between an information storage device 41 through the LON 21. Then, the LON chips 31-31 transmit the network use recording information stored in the buffer memory 309 through the LON 21 to the information storage device 41 to be stored corresponding to a request from the information storage device 41 or the other LON chip.
