PURPOSE: A device for controlling the temperature of a refrigerator is provided to make possible the operation of a device for controlling the temperature in a refrigerator by a simple mechanical method and to make convenient the use by improving the structure. CONSTITUTION: When a user desired to control the temperature in a freezing chamber(F), the door of a refrigerating chamber(R) is opened, and a lever(112) of a control handle(110) prepared on the lower portion of a fourfold part(800) is shifted left and right. The lever is slid on the inner face of a long hole(102) of a guide duct(100) and shifted left and right. The control handle is then shifted, and a first gear part(200) interlocked to the other side rotates. A rod member(300) combined to a rack in a pinion type is interlocked, and moves backward and forward. A second gear part rotates by the forward and backward movement of the rod member, and a flap member(500) combined to the second gear part rotates. The open angular degree of a channel(700) of the freezing chamber is varied by the left and right rotation of the flap member, and thus the supply amount of cool air is controlled without regard to the rotation of a cooling fan(30). Thereby, the temperature in the refrigerator is controlled by the varying of the supply amount of the cool air to the freezing chamber.
