发明名称 METHOD FOR IGNITING GAS BOILER
摘要 PURPOSE: An igniting method of a gas boiler is provided to improve igniting performance by gradually regulating supply amount of gas and rotational frequency of an exhaust fan when igniting a gas boiler. CONSTITUTION: A residual gas in a burner is discharged at the first stage of driving a boiler. A rotational frequency of a fan is set up to be higher one step than reference rotational frequency. The ignition of flames of gas is sensed by igniting an ignition plug by feeding power supply. If the gas is not ignited, the rotational frequency of the fan is decreased to the reference rotational frequency and the supply amount of gas is increased to reference supply amount. Then, the ignition is sensed after elevating the concentration of gas. If the gas is not ignited secondly, the rotational frequency of the fan is decreased one step than the reference rotational frequency and the supply amount of gas is increased one step than the reference supply amount. Then the ignition is sensed after elevating the concentration of gas. If the gas is ignited, the power supplied to the ignition plug is cut off and gas is burned continuously. If the gas is not ignited at third igniting step, the failure in ignition is decided. Thus, the first igniting step is performed repeatedly after a certain period.
