PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practice equipment effective for practicing and mastering the basic skiing posture by providing the conditions almost same as the turning in actual skiing. SOLUTION: This practice instrument is manufactured by standing the supports 2, 2 on both sides of a base 1, mounting a foot base 3 having a width suitable for a person to place both feet at a proper interval, on a central part of the base 1, and mounting the springs 4, 4 at the upper part of both supports 2, 2. The springs 4, 4 are respectively engaged with the waist band 5, and the person stands on the foot base 3, fastens his waist band 5 on the waist, and moves his upper half of the body to an opposite side for the lateral movement of his feet, so that the force corresponding to the centrifugal force (a) is obtained by the tensile strength of the springs.
