PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch packaging film excellent in transparency, flexibility and stretchability capable of being substituted for plasticized PVC and excellent in self-adhesiveness and stretch recovery properties with high productivity. SOLUTION: A stretch packaging film is obtained by laminating an ethylenic resin to both surfaces of an intermediate layer based on a propylene resin containing 25-75 wt.% of a rubber component. In this case, when the stresses of this film at times when the film is stretched by 10% in a resin flow direction and the direction crossing the same at a right angle are set to SMD and STD, a stress ratio T=SMD/SMD is 0.60 or more and, when the film has no yield point in a stretching area up to 30% in the direction crossing the resin flow direction at a right angle or has the yield point, the film has physical properties such that a stress lowering ratio at the yield point is 20% or less and a value of O=yield point stress/stress at 50% stretching is 0.60-0.95. This film is molded by a T-die method.
