PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate possibility of breakage at a conductive layer serving as an electromagnetic wave shield of a precast concrete slab during its transportation and to prevent decline of efficiency in electromagnetic wave shielding. SOLUTION: A fancy panel-equipped precast concrete slab 1 is such a one wherein a parallel body on which decorative panels 2 are arranged lengthwise and breadthwise on the same plane is lined with back-filling concrete 3. Then, a conductive layer 4 is provided between each of the decorative panels 2 and the back-filling concrete 3, the conductive layers 4 of adjoining decorative panels 2 are connected together with a first conductive connecting member 7, and an edge metal 8 connected to the conductive layer 4 with a second conductive connecting member 9 is fixed to the circumferential side face of the back-filling concrete 3.
