PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize, particularly, the unmanned control of loadage by the vehicle entering/leaving control system which controls the entering and leaving of heavy-duty trucks, etc., in a construction site, etc. SOLUTION: A vehicle is equipped with a loadage measuring recorder 4 and the load weight is measured to record its measurement data. The vehicle is equipped with an ID transmitter 5 and when the vehicle passes through the gate 6 of a vehicle entering/leaving place, the data are sent to an ID receiver 7 together with the ID number. The ID receiver 7 is installed at the gate 6, and receives and transfers the load data and ID signal to the entering/leaving control unit 10. The entering/leaving control unit 10 records the transferred data in a memory and confirms that the ID number been recorded in an ID list, thereby outputting a visible or audible massage allowing the vehicle to pass through the gate to an information display unit 8, etc.
