PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-design device which transfers a both side adhesive type connecting material, and is suitable also for a manual operation. SOLUTION: This device transfers a both side adhesive type connecting sheet from a packing material 26 to the starting part of a winding material, so as to connect to the terminal of another winding material. The pressing guide means 18 of this device 16 guides the packing material 26, can move between a stopping position and an operation position, and presses the packing material 26 to the winding material at the operation position. An engaging element 28 can be displaced between a stopping position not to be engaged to the winding material, and the engaging position to be engaged to the winding material, and it returns from the engaging position to the stopping position only after the pressing guide means 18 is separated from the operating position. |
