PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connection part structure of a column and a wall in a base-isolation building capable of absorbing the relative displacement difference of all directions produced between the column and the wall at the time of an earthquake and preventing breakage of a wall by making design excellent without any need for forming a slit in the intermediate part of the wall. SOLUTION: The connection part structure of a relatively displacing column 1 and wall 5 fixes the wall on one of a floor 6 or a ceiling 12 and on one of upper and lower parts 3a, 3b up to the set position of the base isolation device 2 of the column 1 integrated therewith, relatively displaces between the wall 5 or the floor 6 or the other of the ceiling 12 and a connection member 7 connected so that a mutual interval can be expanded and contracted on these ends is disposed between the other of the upper and lower parts 3a, 3b and the wall 5 up to the set position of the base isolation device 2 of the column 1, and the connection member 7 and the column 1 can be rotatably connected through a hinge 10.
