PURPOSE: A vacuum drying device is provided to dry the material in the state such as wet sawdust containing much moisture by efficiently using energy by concentrating to drying. CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of: a housing(1) sealed to prevent the inflow of the air from outside and able to place a drying device unit(5); a dried material hopper(2) to supply the dried material to inside the drying device according to opening or closing of a vacuum shielding device(10) by a regular amount; a dried material supply piece(22) loading the dried material to supply the material evenly on a conveyer belt(8) via an injection piece(15); a drying device unit(5) including the conveyer belt to dry the dried material while shifting and a heat radiation plate(7) having a heater; a collecting device(4) collecting the dried material(12) and transferring the collected dried material to following process via a vacuum shielding device(10'); and a vapor discharging device(3) to discharge the vapor inside the drying chamber in drying process.
