PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar energy generating panel which facilitates installation work thereof without degrading the manufacturing efficiency of a frame. SOLUTION: A frame 23 of a solar battery panel 21 has an upper frame portion 25 including an upward opening gutter portion 53 formed like a groove, and a lower frame portion 26 including a collar portion 62 horizontally protruding from the side surface of the frame 23. A water drip portion 63 has its base portion coupled to the collar portion 62 and its intermediate portion coupled to an intermediate coupling portion 64. By this construction, the water drip portion 63 increases its rigidity, and extends its length to such an extent that a gap covering member for covering a gap can be mounted. Further, the shape of the lower frame portion 26 is unified, and therefore the installation work of the panel can be facilitated without degrading the manufacturing efficiency of the frame 23.
