PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table device in which a table board can be easily and surely adjusted in height. SOLUTION: A table device having a height adjustable table board 10 includes legs 1 and a link mechanism 5 connecting the table board to the legs to be vertically moved. The device includes a gas spring 13, one end of which is connected to the leg, the other end being connected to the link mechanism, and which is expanded from the contracted state to operate the link mechanism from the falling down state to the erect state, thereby raising the table board, and an operating lever 26 provided on the table board and operated to release the lock state of the gas spring 13.
