PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a directly adhered floor material permitting floor work which gives a feeling of natural and high class nevertheless the surface decorative paper is printed paper with a pattern of wood having flat grain. SOLUTION: After adhering a decorative paper printed with a pattern of flat grain of a broadleaf tree to the surface of a large-sized medium grade fiberboard and adhering a cushioning material to the rear surface thereby forming a main body for the floor material, this main body of the large-sized floor material is cut and subdivided into a plurality of rectangular floor members for direct adhesion, thereby making all the patterns of flat grain wood of the floor finish members different each other thereby giving a natural feeling by the various flat grain patterns when the floor work is completed.
