PURPOSE: A cutting method of a liquid crystal display is provided to suppress creation of glass particles and support high resolution by greatly decreasing width of a seam line formed on a junction surface between liquid crystal display unit glasses. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of aligning a glass mother board heating device on a strive line, rapidly heating the strive line by the aligned heating device, rapidly cooling a rapidly heated portion of a glass mother board by a rapid cooling device to cut the strive line of the board, and forming a cutting-stop groove on the strive line. A plurality of unit liquid crystal displays are formed in the board, and the strive line is formed on the board. |
