PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transform the data of first kind to the data of second kind having a condition common for the data of first kind and having a condition which is not included in the data of first kind. SOLUTION: A CPU reads the data of N-th layer in two-dimensional(2D) CAD data in S33 and stores (x) and (y) coordinates of drawing data on x-y plane in the 2D CAD data as one condition in 3D analytic data as they are in S34. Next, the width of lines in the 2D CAD data is transformed to thickness in z-axis direction according to prescribed rules in S35. Next, a hatching pitch in the 2D CAD data is converted to a physical value according to prescribed rules in S36, and a plane pitch in the 2DCAD data is converted to a temperature value in S37. The processing of S33-S37 is executed concerning all the layers defined by the 2D CAD data. Thus, the 2D CAD data, which do not have any condition concerning the thickness in the z-axis direction, are directly transformed to 3D analytic data.
