PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform manufacture even when a glass substrate is enlarged and to prevent production efficiency from being deteriorated by bringing a transfer sheet close to the glass substrate and accurately sticking them together while positioning them. SOLUTION: The transfer sheet 16 and the glass substrate 4 where a photosetting adhesive material layer 10 is formed are positioned and temporarily stuck. Then, they are pressurized 40 from up and down and the transfer sheet 16 and the glass substrate 4 where the photosetting adhesive material layer 10 is formed are tightly adhered through the photosetting adhesive material layer 10. Then, light irradiation 60 is performed and the photosetting adhesive material layer 10 is set. Then, a transfer base material 13 and a peeling layer 14 are peeled and a color filter 1 is obtained. In such a manner, at the time of sticking the transfer sheet 16 to the determined position of the glass substrate 4, while positioning the transfer sheet 16 to the glass substrate 4 in directions X, Y, Z and θ, the transfer sheet 16 is brought close to the glass substrate 4 and accurately stuck together and thereafter, transfer is performed and the color filter of a large-sized glass substrate is manufactured. |
