<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the gathering of sea sand by producing granular, round, and crushed sand of high quality which can by completely an alternate material for the sea sand that is a fine aggregate for concrete which is remarkably exhausted in recent years and by entirely using it as the fine aggregate for concrete. SOLUTION: In this multi-axis spiral crusher, by rotating a cylinder 2 made of steel fitted with projections 3 and crushed stone scrap feeding iron plates 4 spirally arranged and a cylinder made of steel fitted with dents 6 and crushed stone scrap feeding iron plates 4 spirally arranged in the opposite direction to each other, while moving crushed stone scraps by the feeding plates from a crushed stone scrap feeding port 8 toward a product discharge port 8, the dents and projections are engaged with each other, and thereby, atter the large crushed stone scraps are crushed, their edges are shaved to wear them and to effectively produce the granular, round, crushed sand of high quality.</p> |
