PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a process, enhance productivity, reduce waste of material, and reduce production cost by filling a plating solution in a mold for barrier rib production placed on a metal sheet to form a metal barrier rib in an electroplating process. SOLUTION: A barrier rib 52 is formed with a metallic material such as Cu, Ni, Ag, Cr, an alloy of them, or the like by utilizing a mold in an electroplating process. The barrier rib 52 can increase reflectance of visible rays. A barrier rib manufacturing mold 60 for forming the barrier rib 52 in a grid shape has a main body in which plating solution inflow openings are formed in a matrix and grid-shaped grooves 66 formed on the back surface of the main body. Flow of a plating solution in electroplating is facilitated. A resin film is applied to the barrier rib manufacturing mold 60, and the mold 60 is placed on a metal sheet 70, and a plating solution is let to flow through the inflow opening, and the plating solution is ionized, and the barrier rib 52 is formed. |
