PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a concrete product for manufacturing a desired concrete product as needed and a multi-purpose concrete block manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The concrete block 1 comprises coupling struts 3 connectibly formed between coupling opposite sides and coupling insertion holes 4 on a flat plate-like base 2. The block 1 is manufactured by injecting highly flowable concrete between a male mold and a female mold formed of foamed polystyrene, solidifying the concrete and then releasing both of the molds.
