PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a device provided with a valve system using a simple means so as to be conformable to various applications with no or little change in the valve system. SOLUTION: A valve system 25 is provided with a stepped piston 30. A control spring 24 acts upon one side of the stepped piston, and the pressure within working space acts upon the other side of the stepped piston. The device is constructed so as to be conformable to applications requiring the lever ratio to change upon constant operation force demand or the constant operation force demand to change at the constant lever ratio. The control spring 24 is disposed between the stepped piston 30 and a valve housing 26. An outlet valve seat 15 is attached to a push rod 14 used during operation. An inlet valve seat 33 is attached to the stepped piston 30. |
