PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve such a trouble that a large amount of cost is accrued on account of enermous energy consumption and the treatment of an exhaust gas, dross and sludge, and pollution is generated when injection molding tips for a conventional thixomolding process injection molding machine for regeneration are manufactured, because an ingot obtained by remelting and refining a magnesium alloy scrap is cut into tips. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing tips for a thixomolding process injection molding machine is to cut and shear a primary crushed product 20 obtained by cutting and crushing a metal alloy waste into tips 13 by the help of a tip manufacturing device 1 having a fixed blade, a rotary blade 7 and a screen 11. Consequently, the surfaces of the tips 13 are polished and tailings 15 are removed by a forced exhaust, so that the tips 13 can be obtained while ignition and explosion are prevented from occurring.
