PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control winding operation and winding start operation of cover tape for feeding electronic part. SOLUTION: The part feeder comprises a winding reel 13 for cover tape g, a feed lever 2 for locating an electronic part at a feeding position, a tensile coil spring 8 for biasing the feed lever, an oscillatory lever 16 for turning the feed lever in the direction for feeding the part and turning the winding reel in the direction for winding the cover tape, and a tensile coil spring 16 stretched between the feed lever and oscillatory lever in order to turn the oscillatory lever in the winding direction through turning of the feed lever in the winding direction. A resilient control tube 120 is fitted over the tensile coil and a one- way clutch 14 for turning the cover tape only in the winding direction is fixed to the fulcrum shaft of the winding reel. The one-way clutch is coupled with the winding reel through a resilient ring 110 having low slip resistance. |
