A breathing protection monitoring panel with a person- and/or team-related residual air display and control for applications, especially fire brigade applications, with compressed air breathers or similar breathing protection apparatuses, has title strips and can be equipped with personal nameplates. The panel is designed as an electronic panel with LEDs (6) wired according to a traffic-light system as a signal-transmitting residual time display unit (7). The LEDs are located in recessed fashion in accommodation holes (8). These holes are blackened. The panel background is dark for the time cycle scales assigned to each residual time display unit and the scaling itself is bright.
