The invention provides solid preparations for oral administration of gene-related drugs comprising a core containing the gene-related drug with a coating which does not disintegrate in small intestines, wherein said preparations can be easily tabletted, remain stable during the preparation process and said drug can be efficiently absorbed in digestive tracts.
