AIR CONDITIONER FOR ROLLING STOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for the rolling stock capable of suppressing decreasing of an introducing amount of the outside air at high speed running time and attaining low noise generation. SOLUTION: A device comprises an out-room cover 4 provided along a surface equal to a car body surface, air intake port 5 provided in this out-room cover 4 with an end part sectional shape of the edge part internal periphery having roundness, and a louver provided in this air intake port 5 with a deflection surface crossing with the running direction. An air intake side end part of the louver is hollowed from a surface of the out-room cover 4, also a running direction sectional shape of the air intake side end part has roundness.
