PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform a payment transaction within the limit of payment, when the payment transaction with fixed limit amount of payment such as a preferred savings system is performed by an automatic transaction device. SOLUTION: A payment transaction system for counting, discriminate cash paid in an insertion port and to inform the paid amount to a host computer 200, when the payment transaction is selected by a customer by the automatic transaction device 100, for calculating the sum of the informed paid amount and present amount of an account designated for payment, to compare the sum with the limit amount of payment of the account designated for payment, to determine the payment transaction as failure when the calculated sum is larger than the limit amount of payment, to calculate a payable amount from the limit value of payment and the present amount, for informing the failure of the payment transaction, the limit value of payment, the present amount and the payable amount to the automatic transaction device 100 by the host computer 200, for displaying the limit amount of payment, the present amount and the payable amount on a display part and to enable the customer to confirm them through the automatic transaction device 100 is provided. |
