<p>A monopulse generator (34) as shown in Figure 3, comprising an oscillator (46) which operates to generate a repetitive waveform signal (47) having substantially the same repeated waveform pattern having a predetermined frequency, a divider (50) coupled to said oscillator (46) which operates to generate a switching pulse for every N waveform patterns generated by said oscillator, which switching pulse is fed to a control input of a switch (48), a second input of said switch being fed by said repetitive waveform signal wherein said switch (48) operates to pass at least a substantial part of one of said waveform patterns to an output (56) thereof in accordance with said switching pulse, thereby generating at the output of the monopulse generator a repetitive pulse with a shape corresponding to the at least substantial part of the repetitive waveform pattern.</p> |
