<p>A method of treating plant seeds, comprising the steps of exposing seeds to an electromagnetic field, exposing the seeds to a magnetic field and soaking the treated seeds into an electromagnetic field-treated water; or a step of exposing seeds put on an iron body to an electromagnetic field and a post-step of exposing the seeds to a magnetic field. A device for treating plant seeds, comprising a container for storing seeds, a means for exposing the seeds to a magnetic field, a means for exposing the seeds to an electromagnetic field and a drive means for actuating the container so that it moves alternately closer to an S pole and an N pole which constitute a magnetic field generating means, thereby permitting a short time treating, accelerating rice growth after seeding, quickening a harvest time and improving the number of ears and taste.</p> |
