PURPOSE: To perform the winding and removal of a band-shaped material by shifting winding cores after winding the band-shaped material around a pair of guide posts and winding cores provided at the front of a rotor, and shorting the distance, and taking out an angular coil. CONSTITUTION: A pair of guide posts 9A and 9B angular in sectional form are projected at the front of the salient part 3a of a rotor 1, and a pair of winding cores 4B and 4D are provided capably of contact and break in the middle positions. These contact and break are performed by an elastic shifting mechanism built in the front 3a. This elastic shifting mechanism consists of parallel links consisting of link members 2A-2D engaging with a coupling shaft for winding shafts and a coupling retaining shaft 4a piercing the rear 1a. The said winding shafts 4B and 4D are stretched and are rotated around the shaft of the rotor 1, and with the middle between the guide posts 9A and 9B as a guide part, the band-shaped body 10 is wound around the guide posts 9A and 9B and the winding shafts 4B and 4D to form an angular coil 11, and then the winding shafts 4B and 4D are curtailed and the angular coil is removed. |
