PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical branch pipe lining material enabling the reduction of production cost, the stabilization of quality and mass production, and not generating a part subjected to disposal treatment during use. SOLUTION: A tubular resin adsorbing material 3 impregnated with an uncured curable resin and a branch lining material 1 having a flange part 5 having the protective part (projected part) 5a projected from the inner peripheral surface of a main pipe after the lining of a branch pipe toward the branch pipe formed to the inner peripheral part thereof are fixed by fitting one end of the tubular adsorbing material in the outer periphery of the protective part 5a of the flange member 5. The flange part 5 can be mechanically mass-produced independently of the tubular resin adsorbing material 3 and, as a result, the production cost of the flange part is reduced and the production cost of the branch pipe lining material 1 is reduced.
