PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate adverse effect on the installation term of a building as a whole by incorporating a unit bath after the assembling of a wall surface of the building so as not to affect the term of another adjacent room. SOLUTION: In this unit bath in which a washing space pan divided into two and a bathtub pan A are placed on a floor surface while a support thread rod 17 is liftably mounted vertically on the washing space pan and the bathtub pan, a C channel 15 is mounted crossing over the entire length of the bathtub pan while the support thread rod 17 screwed down on a nut 16 fixed on the C channel 15. Moreover, an operating hole 14 is formed in the bathtub pan A at an upper part of the support thread rod 17 and a lid plate 20 arranged closable by being fitted into the operating hole 14 is mounted free to fit. |
