PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a function for obtaining the certification of a user and a function for fetching information indicating the intention of the user in an IC card in addition to a normal IC card function. SOLUTION: This is an IC card which is provided with a storage part 9 for storing management information, a control part 1 for controlling the transfer of information with the other constituting elements, a receiving part 15 for receiving information from an outside IC card interface device and transmitting the information to the control part 1, a transmitting part 13 for transmitting the information transmitted from the control part 1 to the IC card interface device, a key input part 3 for receiving a key input by a user, and transmitting code information corresponding to the key input to the control part, and a power source part 5 for supplying a power to the storage part 9, the control part 1, the receiving part 15, the transmitting part 13 and the key input part 3. The control part 1 analyzes the code information transmitted from the key input part 3, and only when the certification of the user is obtained as the result of the analysis, specific limited information exchange with the IC card interface device is operated in this IC card with a switch. |
