<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize an optical type voltage and electric field sensor which is small-sized and lightweight. SOLUTION: The optical type voltage and electric field sensor which is small-sized and lightweight is characterized by that a laser diode 2, a light guide 3 propagating the output light of the laser diode 2, a SELFOC lens 4 which converts light outputted from the light guide 3 into collimated light, a polarizer 5 on which the collimated light is made incident, aλ/8 plate 6 on which the light passed through the polarizer 5 is made incident, an electrooptic element 7 on which the light passed through theλ/8 plate 8 is made incident, and a mirror which reflects the light passed through the electrooptic element 7 and makes the light incident on the electrooptic element 7 again are arranged in series, a photodiode 9 is arranged on the top surface of the polarizer 5, and the electrooptic element 7 is provided with an electrode.</p> |
