PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable linearity coil, which is capable of preventing the occurrence of buzzing sounds when it is placed on a printed wiring board, which can obtain the original characteristic of the linearity coil without damaging the reliability of other parts mounted on the printed wiring board and in which the disturbances of an image in a CRT does not occur. SOLUTION: This variable linearity coil is provided with a coil 1 wound around a drum-type core 2, a permanent magnet 5 applying a bias magnetic field to the core 2, a coil for bias magnetic field adjustment 3, which is wound around the drum-type core 4, and an insulating base 6 to which the coil 1, the permanent magnet 5 and the coil for bias magnetic field adjustment 3 are fitted. The core 2 to which the coil 1 is wound and the core 4, to which the coil for bias magnetic adjustment 3 is wound, are stacked via a spacer 8 which is a non-magnetic material and a buffer material. |
