PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacture of printed wiring boards having high-density and high-precision wiring patterns without using block copies for printing and etching. SOLUTION: An electrostatic latent image is formed on a photoseptor drum 11 by irradiation with light 30, and the adhesion of a toner 11 from a developing machine 12 enables a toner image to be formed. The toner image is transferred to the surface of a green sheet 14 and is fixed by a fixing machine 17, thereafter is calcined while the green sheet 24 is calcined by a calcination unit 20. A toner 21 is in the state in which metallic particles are coated with resinous films, and only the metallic particles remain by the calcination to obtain a conductive pattern. The toner 21 is thin-layer and uniformly changed on the surface of a development roller 24, which enables the toner image to be precisely formed. |
