PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor integrated circuit device in which an input circuit is operated stably by providing a conductor path consisting of a field effect transistor (TR) from an output of an input gate circuit to an input terminal to an input circuit constituting part so as to hold stably the preceding state even when an input signal is interrupted. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal B is connected to an input terminal of an inverter 42 through a signal line 31, an output terminal of the inverter 42 is connected to an input terminal of inverters 43, 44 through a signal line 32, an output terminal of the inverter 43 is connected to one terminal of a source and a drain of a field effect TR by a signal line 34, other terminal of a source and a drain of the field effect TR45 is connected to the input terminal B, and a gate terminal of the field effect TR45 is connected to a power supply voltage +V. Since the field effect TR45 is always conductive, the other terminal of the source and drain has an output level of the inverter 43, that is, [H] level and the input circuit is made stable. |
