METHOD AND COMPOSITION FOR MAKING ATRACTIVE SURFACES

The object to be treated is first given a conventional coat by powder spraying and baking at 160-200 deg.C, preferably 180-200 deg.C. Then it is immersed in, or sprayed with, a dispersion comprising the following: (i) 20-30% by mass of powder lacquer; (ii) 0.1-0.8% by mass of thixotropy promoting additive; (iii) 0.4-0.6% by mass of anti-foaming additive; (iv) 0.1-0.4% by mass of fungicide or other additive; and (v) a solvent. The dispersion is kept moving continuously. The surface of the object with the uneven coating is then dried at room temperature and baked at 160-200 deg.C, preferably 180-200 deg.C.
