TRIMMING DEVICE FOR THIN PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming device of a thin plate capable of simplifying structure of a correction table and precisely positioning a lead frame sheet on the correction table. SOLUTION: This device is furnished with a correction table 11 to place a lead frame on it and a trimming table 12 to carry out trimming of the lead frame. A screw rod 15 is arranged between the correction table 11 and the trimming table 12, and a supply head moves along the screw rod 15. The correction table 11 is free to move in the (y) direction and free to revolve in theγdirection with a standard point as its center, and correction of the lead frame in the (y) direction and theγdirection is carried out. The screw rod 15 extends in the (x) direction, and correction of a lead frame sheet 1 in the (x) direction is carried out by movement of the supply head 16.
