PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently share and use a user dictionary prepared by plural users when plural users share a machine translation system. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an input and output part 101, translation controlling part 102 for translating an input sentence, preliminarily integrated basic dictionary 104, user dictionary designating part 105 for designating a user dictionary to be used at the time of translation, user dictionary group 103 constituted of plural user dictionaries, and dictionary retrieving part 106 for retrieving a dictionary content. A registration update date is recorded in the user dictionary, and the latest registration-updated translation is extracted by the dictionary retrieving part 106. |
