PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonradiation dielectric line which is smaller, attenuates and eliminates a high frequency signal more efficiently and is easy to be manufactured and suitable for mass-production. SOLUTION: This nonradiation dielectric line is formed by positioning and forming a dielectric line 12 between a pair of parallel flat plate conductors 11 whose interval is λ/2 or less against the wavelength λ of a high frequency signal and is provided with a radio wave absorber at halfway and/or terminating parts of the line 12. The radio wave absorber is preferably formed at an upper end part and/or a lower end part of at least one facing side of the line 12.
