PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily maintain cold protection properties or the like by using front yarns and back yarns each having fineness and number of filaments of specific ranges for knitted fabric, and knitting it together at a course and wale of loops/inch of specific ranges. SOLUTION: Front yarns each having fineness of 30 to 70 denier and 6 to 70 filaments and back yarns each having fineness of 10 to 40 denier and 1 to 20 filaments are used and knitted by a tricot weaving at course of 20 to 50 loops/inch and wale of 20 to 50 loops/inch. Back material 3 obtained by laminating three layers is cut in a predetermined shape, and sutured to form bag-like back material 3. This knitted fabric is directed toward an outside of the bag, and knitted fabric of opposite side is directed toward the inside. The material 3 is hung from a last mold 11. A periphery of the mold 11 is surrounded by a side mold 12 and a bottom bold 13 to shape a shoe body molding space. Thermoplastic resin or the like for molding a shoe body is injected in the space. When the body 2 is molded, the body 2 is entangled with the knitted clock to be integrated. |
