The kit comprises at least two types of room of designated size and outline which can be placed together side by side and/or above each other in various combinations to produce the personally desired dwelling. The rooms can be divided into further rooms. Each room type is made from prefabricated elements. The outline of the rooms is preferably trapezoidal.
