<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a supporting base not only excellent in durability but also relatively light in weight and easy to handle by including a supporting surface supportable of an underground pipe and forming it with a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: The supporting base 1, which is formed of a synthetic resin approximate to a rectangular parallelepiped (a plate shape), is provided with recesses (holes) 2 on the top surface and recesses (holes) 3 on the under surface so as to alternate with each other. These recesses 2, 3 are, so called, lightening holes which can be formed in a suitable shape such as providing the recesses 2, 3 on the top surface and the under surface of the supporting base 1 in the direction confronting with each other and leaving a partition wall (on the bottom) in the center. There are such dimensional examples of supporting bases 1 as 30 mm×115 mm×340 mm and 40 mm×105 mm×450 mm. Supporting bases 1 of these dimensions are most suitable for use as underlayers for relatively frequently used sewerage pipelines (20 cm or 30 cm diameter and about 2 m long). Lightening holes are to serve for strengthening, lightening weight, deforming during forming and shortening the forming time.</p> |
