CONTROL DEVICE FOR FLUID ELASTIC SUPPORT BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to control a fluid elastic support which is interposed between an engine of an automobile and the other part of a structure body of the automobile and suspends the engine in the automobile. SOLUTION: A device to control a fluid elastic support body 1 has an actuating chamber 7 and an expansive chamber 8 in which liquid is filled and which are connected to each other by a passage 9. The actuating chamber 7 is partially defined by an elastic movable wall 10 having a pushing member 11. A driving device 12 imparts motion to this partition wall by cooperating with the pushing member 11 so that pressure synchronized with a harmonic wave of actuating vibration of an engine is generated in the actuating chamber 7. The control device has an electric motor 13 connected to the pushing member 11 by an actuating means 16 actuated according to reciprocating linear motition, and has a means 22 to control the electric motor 13 with a speed and an angle position by a signal of an actuating cycle of the engine 24.
