PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vaporization or deterioration of a developer or production of sludge even when the carrying speed of a photosensitive lithographic printing plate is >=2.5 m/min. SOLUTION: This treating device of a printing plate is equipped with carrying means 11 to 18 to carry a photosensitive lithographic printing plate, and a developing tank 20 to supply a developer to the photosensitive lithographic printing plate carried by the carrying means 11 to 18 to develop it and to reserve the developer. In this method, the carrying speed of the photosensitive lithographic printing plate by the carrying means 11 to 18 is adjusted to >=2.5 m/min, and the developing tank is sealed from the outside. |
