<p>The assembly (20) transfers flat box and carton sections (1) from a sleeve shaped unpacking station (2) to a feed (15) and then to a carton packaging assembly (10). It has at least one U-shaped intermediate base (4) at the unpacking station, for a layer (3) of folded carton sections. A lifter (21,22) raises the layers in the opening cross-section of the unpacking station. A holder (28) secures the topmost intermediate base, for a push system (27) to move the top layer of folded carton sections from the unpacking station to the conveyor feed.</p> |
