<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of image quality deterioration even in the case of presence of a scene change between pages by correcting an error in a block which has a higher correlation either one page before or one page after. SOLUTION: A block received through recording and reproduction is given at first to a 1-page delay section 1. The block outputted from the 1-page delay section 1 is given to a correction discrimination section 2, in which whether or not the block is set missing based on the result of error check is discriminated. When the block is set missing, a block going to be received one page after is compared with a block one page before outputted from a 1-page delay section 4 and it is discriminated which data content is close to that of the missing block, and a switch 3 is used to select an output of the 1-page delay section 1 when the block is not missing and to select a block of the page selected by the correction discrimination section 2 when missing.</p> |
