PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter for transplantation which achieves easy suction of an egg or an embryo in a culture container without causing damage thereto by facilitating the insertion of the tip part of the catheter into an opening of an uterus while minimizing the chance to damage a lumen of the uterus during the insertion thereof. SOLUTION: This catheter for eggs or transplanting embryos has a tip part 2a, a body part 2b and a lumen 21 extending from the base end thereof to the tip thereof. The body 2 of the catheter is made of a flexible material. The body 2 of the catheter is provided with a linear reinforcing body 5 extending 2 mm or more to the tip side from the base end part of the body 2 thereof and a hub fixed on the base end of the body 2 of the catheter. The lumen 21 is opened on the tip face of the body 2 of the catheter while the tip part 2a of the body 2 of the catheter is a soft one without the reinforcing body 5. |
